Covid 19: Berekum Circuit Court discharged 10 Togolese Nationals of testing positive of Covid 19 as the court closes down for disinfections to be done.
The ten accused Togolese have been discharge by the Berekum Circuit Court who were remanded for an unlawful entery in to the country. The Berekum circuit court has been closed down for disinfections, since one of the accused persons have been tested positive of Covid19. The National Security, the Police in Berekum in collaboration with the Bono Regional Minister has called for the case to be withdrawn from court so that the patient can be treated and contact tracing be done. The presiding Judge, His Honour Osei Kofi Amoako has therefore discharged the 10 accused expatriates because of one person contracting the novel Corona virus.
