One People Association of Chiraa Donates to Chiraa Fire Disaster Victims.  The Memebers of One People Association of Chiraa in the Sunyani West Municipality of the Bono Region led by the Chief of Chiraa, Nana Mintah Afari II together with the other members of the Association has donated an amount of Ghc2,400, 10 pieces of cloths and 5 bags of cement to some fire outbreak victims at Chiraa.  The victims has suffered a fire outbreak disaster where a house they were living in cought fire at Estate a suburb of Chiraa.  The affected residents numbering over 10 people lost most of their valuables to the fire. Climate Change Crisis and Flooding Caused by the Akosombo Dam Spillage in Ghana.  Climate Change Crises must be a major concern of all as the world gradually increasing in the land space naturally. Most activities we involve ourselves must be a cause for worry if nothing is done about the climate change and the consequences that may arouse out of it. Ghana in just a recent time in the month of October 2023, the Volta River Authority (VRA) initiated a controlled release of water spillage from the Akosombo Dam which supply Electricity to the country. This measure was taken to safeguard the dam from potential overtopping.  The increased water flow in the Volta River has, unfortunately, led to flooding in low-lying areas along its course, impacting communities such as Mepe, Battor, Sogakope Mafi, Adidome, Ada, and others to suffer a sever havoc in the floods for some more days all due to how we don't take important note of the climate change as people.
