Daddy Lumba Court Case : Kumasi High Court Declares 2 Women Legally Married to Late Highlife Legend. The Kumasi High Court has ruled that both Priscilla Ofori , popularly known as Odo Broni , and Akosua Serwaa Fosuh are the customarily married wives of the late highlife icon , Daddy Lumba . The judgment, delivered by Justice Dorinda Smith-Arthur , dismissed the plaintiff request to be declared as the only surviving wife. The legal dispute erupted when the plaintiff, Akosua Serwaa, asserted that she was Lumba’s sole lawful wife, relying on a German marriage certificate to establish her claim. But the court found her argument fundamentally flawed concerning marriage matters on both customery and ordinance related cases.
