Fiapre Paramount Chief Celebrate Education Festival and 5th Anniversary of His Enstoolment. The Paramount Chief of Fiapre in the Sunyani West Municipal of the Bono Region, Obrempong Professor Kyem Amponsah has held an education festival in honour of the 5th anniversary of the celebration of his enstoolment. The occasion which was under the theme, "Promoting and Sustaining Quality Education, the Legacy of Progressive Chief", Obrempong Professor Amponsah called on the Ghanaian youth to embrace education which is the bedrock of every society. According to him, the importance of education can not be over emphasised hence he is ready to make Fiapre an educational hub in the Bono Region and for that matter the country as a whole since they can boast of two tertiary institutions as well as other secondary and basic schools in the town.
