ZOOMLION VEHICLE RUNS OVER A 35 YEAR OLD MAN One of the waste vehicles owned by waste management company, Zoomlion Ghana has killed a young man in Berekum. The vehicle belonging to the Berekum branch of the company crushed the head of a 35 year old man at Berekum Holy Family Hospital. The young man who is alledged to be suffering from mentally illness was at the hospital for review. He died instantly after the back tyre of the vehicle crush on his head. Speaking to Dr. Martin Attu a medical supervisor at the hospital said the patient had earlier been to the hospital for review and awaiting treatment. The young man ran into the vehicle and threw himself under it and as result crush his head. He then appealed to people coming to the hospital with patients to always keep an eye on them to avoid such incidence reoccurring at the facility. The case was adjourned to today for Okomfo Sakumba and Prophet Owusu Kwakye to pay their fines but this could not happen.
