North Mo Traditional Council Inducts New Traditional Members. Nnaa Professor Lanjagor Karley II, Jama Kooro and the Paramount Chief of Jama Traditional Area in the Savana Region of Ghana has been officially introduce and inducted together with the Chibrinyua Akuma Queen mother, Nnaa Telebana Beweleju I as members of the North-Mo Traditional Council at Bamboi in the Bole District of the Savannah Region. The event took place at Bamboi where the acting President of the North-Mo Traditional Council who doubles as the Chief of Chibrinyua, Nnaa Akangbon Kintor II extended his congratulatory message to the newly inducted members for their legal recognition. He said they have the right to participate in key decision-making processes during the council meetings. These infographics depict the readiness of the only JHS 2 girl Hannah Forkuo from Berekum who is representing all the schools from the Norther sector of Ghana, Ashanti, Ahafo, Bono, Bono East, Northern, North East, Upper East, Upper West and Savana Regions respectively tomorrow at the National Theatre for the 2023 Sanitation Challenge will be crowned as the winner. Residents of the Suhum Kukua and Miawani area, in the Suhum Municipality of the Eastern Region, are calling on the government to give priority to road construction projects in the area. The aggrieved residents appealed through the Suhum municipal assembly and the MP for Suhum Constituency whom they pleaded to come to their aid. They said the construction of Kukua to Miawani road is not beyond the capabilities of their Member of Parliament, Hon. Kwadwo Oboafo Asante and their Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Margaret Darko as they claim roads at other localities within the Suhum Municipality have been constructed by the Assembly hence the need for Kukua to Miawani to also benefit from proper road constructions. Assemblyman, teachers, and students at the Akorabo Islamic M/A  Primary and Junior High School have bemoaned the devastating state of their school building.  The school, within the Suhum Municipality of the Eastern Region, is gradually collapsing from the roof to the building itself.  The death trap school has left Assemblymen, parents, students, and teachers in fear at Akorabo a town in Suhum Municipality.  A visit to the school by news reporter, Apelete Kofi-Michel revealed that the school lacks almost everything, including desks, textbooks, and other teaching and learning materials.  Apart from the rusting state of its roofing sheets, many big holes had been created in them, directly exposing the students to the scorching sun and rain.
