Dormaamanhene Celebrate Nkosuohene of Dumasua for Building 2 Monumental Projects for Dumasua People.


The Omanhene of Dormaa Traditional Area of the Bono region, Osagyefo Osedieyo Dr. Agyeman Badu II who also doubles as the President of the Bono Regional House of Chiefs has celebrated with the Nkosuohene of Dumasua Nana Ayebiafo Jnana in his one year anniversary for building two monumentatal projects for the people of Dumasua in the Sunyani West Municipal of the Bono region.


The Nkosuohene who was celebrating his first year of his enstoolment has well been commended by the Dormaamanhene for the construction of a full furnished two story police station block and 2000 seated community durbar grounds within 6 months period after his enstoolment.




Speaking at the gathering of chiefs and people of Dumasua, Dormaamanhene emphasised the need of such a selfless individuals to be identified and to take up the responsibility to uphold the transformation agenda of the various communities in the Bono region as Nana Ayebiafo Jnana has elaborated.

He said, he can only see the projects that has been taken up and intimated by the Nkosuohene is an emerging star that has appeared in the Bono region is in no doubt that people of Dumasua has got a great and industrious leader to lead in developmental sphere in the town which he urged them to uphold him dearly.


Addressing on the leadership failure of politicians and political adminstrators, Dormaamanhene added that, Nana Jnana out of his own contributions and others support has managed to transform the town rapidly and how much more those who are in charge of our taxes are unable to bring transformation to the citizenry, it means our political leaders have failed the country, he said.




The Chief of Dumasua, Nana Kwame Amponsah II also expressed his appreciation to the Nkosuohene Nana Ayebiafo Jnana for his contribution towards development in the town and has not disappointed him for enstoolling him as Nkosuohene.


He added there has been a lot challenges that Nkosuohene has been going through but has not allowed anyone to distract him from what he has planned for the town by building two different projects at the same time which is a police station and a community durbar for the town among other numerous projects benefiting the community.


The Nkosuohene, Nana Ayebiafo Jnana also speaking at his one year anniversary explained that, the motive behind his dream of projecting the Dumasua town is to make the town a site seeing tourist town where people will travel from near and afar to witness the great beauty of the Dumasua community.

He said, the police station will help boost the security situation in the town especially for those who come for tour in the town will be secure which will project the brand and image of the community to promote socio economic development in the town.


He stated that, quite apart from the fully furnished two story police station, the community durbar will also serve as a place where public gathering, meetings and public functions will be held.


He said, the projects were all undertaken by the help of his registered non-goveenmental organisation both Ghana and across the world.







Nana Ayebiafo concluded with his 7 year development plan which has so many developmental agenda from skilled training, e-libery, astro turf park, among other numerous projects enlisted to take effect in the next years ahead under the 7 years transformation plan.


He finally expressed his appreciation to the chiefs and people who graced the occasion especially Dormaamanhene and other chiefs whose presence make the occasion a memorable one.
