Bono Regional NDC Youth Organizer and Team Supports Health Walk and Football Gala at Dormaa Aboabo.


The Bono Regional Youth Wing of NDC, under the leadership of the affable Regional Youth Organizer, Honourable Rashid Ahmed (Commander Rooney), has attended a health walk and a football gala organized by the Dormaa Central Youth Wing at Dormaa Aboabo in the Dormaa Central Constituency. 


Commander Rooney, along with his supportive deputies Commander Nje and Commander Copson, made a generous donation of items and a substantial amount of money to support the program. Their contribution undoubtedly was one a significant thing that impacted on the success of the event. 


During the gathering, Commander Rooney took the opportunity to address the teeming youth at the event. He passionately spoke about the 24-hour economy proposed by the flag bearer and leader of the National Democratic Congress, John Mahama. 



Commander Rooney emphasized on the Mahama’s intention to create more job opportunities for the Ghanaian youth when come into power. 


The event was also graced by the presence of Commander Anas, a member of the NDC National Youth Wing Finance Committee, Commander Afi, the Deputy NDC Constituency Youth Organizer in the Dormaa East Constituency and Commander Chonchoncho BerekEastast NDC organizer. Their presence further highlighted the unity and solidarity within the NDC party.



The Bono Regional Youth Wing, under the guidance of Commander Rooney, continues to actively engage with the youth and work towards the betterment of our beloved Ghana. Their dedication and commitment to creating a brighter future for the youth is truly commendable. 


Let’s support and encourage the Bono Regional Youth Wing in its endeavours to uplift the youth and promote the vision of a prosperous Ghana. Together, we can achieve greatness!

BEREKUM TRADITIONAL COUNCIL ACCEPT EIGHT GAZETTED CHIEFS

EIGHT (8) CHIEFS OF BEREKUM TRADITIONAL AREA GAZETTED AS DIVISIONAL CHIEFS IN BEREKUM TRADITIONAL COUNCIL. A number of eight (8) Chiefs in the Berekum Traditional Area have performed their oaths of secrecy to be gazetted as the divisional chiefs of Berekum Traditional Council. The chiefs, numbering 8, got their titles as "Osaberima" to be added to their traditional and rulership names. A high court judge, Justice Baayeh, on the 6th day of November 2018, led the chiefs to sworn in the oaths of secrecy before a certificates of recognition was issued to the chiefs as a divisional chiefs. The gazetted 8 chiefs has been granted the opportunity and right to be part of any sittings of the traditional council and by so doing, all the 8 chiefs have been approved by the government of Ghana to be part of the judicial committee of the Berekum Traditional Council.
