Dormaa East District Assembly DCE Presents Ghc10,000.00 Towards Kyenkyenase Police Post Construction.

The District Chief Executive for Dormaa East Assembly, Honourable Emmanuel Kofi Agyeman has donated ten thousand Ghana cedis (Ghc10,000) to Kyɛnkyɛnase community in the Dormaa East District of the Bono Region towards the continuation of their self help police post project which has been stalled for many years.


Engineer Samuel Kwasi Asare a.k.a Nana Asare who is incharge of the assembly's self help project comfirmed to Dormaa that, the amount recieved can complete the 

project to uplift the security situation in the area. 


According to information gathered though the area is a small community but two inhabitants has lost their lives out of misunderstanding.


Honourable Emmanuel kofi Agyeman in his speech urged the Nananom and the entire community to make good use of the money donated to complete the project and to also prepare proper account of the money after it has been utilized. 


The assembly member for Danyame Electoral Area Honourable Peter Adu Twum who received the money on behalf of the Nananom and the entire community thanked Honourable Kofi Agyeman and the assembly for the support the completion of the police post and pledged to make use of the money.

The Omanhene of Berekum Traditional Area in the Berekum Municipal of the Bono Region Dasebre Dr Amankona Diawuo II has passed on. The announcement of the demise of the Berekum Traditional leader was done today Friday 9th June 2023 by the chief spiritualist of Berekum Nana Komfo Kofi who was asked to take care of the health of the paramount chief but on his announcement, the paramount chief could not make it but joined his ancestors. Dasebre Dr Amankona Diawuo II was a doctor by profession and an active Church elder of the Church of Pentecost who serve the people of Berekum with calm and peaceful leadership who seek to maintain peace and unity after 17 years of chieftaincy dispute during his reign as the paramount chief of Berekum. A Student of Ghana National College from Sunyani-Chiraa Scores 8A's in 2023 WASSCE.  A Senior High Student of Ghana National College in Cape Coast, Owusu Peprah Priscilla who hails from Chiraa in the Sunyani West Municipality of the Bono Region has also scored 8A's in the West Africa Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).  Her effort and the results she obtained have brought great joy to her family and the people of Chiraa without hesitation wishing her congratulations on most of the social media platforms.
