Asantehemaa Nana Konadu  Yiadom III Goes Home Tonight.


The final funeral and burial ceremony which was held from Monday 15th to Thursday 18th September, 2025 to honour the late Asante Kingdom Queen Mother, Nana Konadu Yiadom III will be laid to rest tonight at the sacred Breman Royal Mausoleum to climax the observation of the passing away of the Royal Queen Mother.


Infographics of the gatherings of dignitries that were present included the President of Ghana John Mahama, the former Presidents John Agyekum Kuffour, Nana Akufo Addo and among a host of Ministers, Politicians, Statesmen, the Clergymen, Imams, Chiefs and other Patrons to mourn with the King of Asante Kingdom, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.

EIGHT (8) CHIEFS OF BEREKUM TRADITIONAL AREA GAZETTED AS DIVISIONAL CHIEFS IN BEREKUM TRADITIONAL COUNCIL. A number of eight (8) Chiefs in the Berekum Traditional Area have performed their oaths of secrecy to be gazetted as the divisional chiefs of Berekum Traditional Council. The chiefs, numbering 8, got their titles as "Osaberima" to be added to their traditional and rulership names. A high court judge, Justice Baayeh, on the 6th day of November 2018, led the chiefs to sworn in the oaths of secrecy before a certificates of recognition was issued to the chiefs as a divisional chiefs. The gazetted 8 chiefs has been granted the opportunity and right to be part of any sittings of the traditional council and by so doing, all the 8 chiefs have been approved by the government of Ghana to be part of the judicial committee of the Berekum Traditional Council.
