Given Back To Society; Joy Community Hospital Support Kato Residents With Free Health Screening.


The Municipal Health Director of Berekum East Municipal, Dr. Jacob Alaabe has commended the CEO of Joy Community Hospital for her bold step to enhance the health situation of people of Kato in the Berekum East Municipal of the Bono region with a free health screening and NHIS renewal and registration.

Dr. Aleeba took the opportunity to advised the beneficiaries to always prioritize their health since health is wealth.




He urged the other well meaning Berekum citizens to emulate the step of the Joy Community Hospital CEO to always come to the aid of the people.

The CEO of Joy Community Hospital, Mrs. Joyce Amankona Addai Bomo explained that, the initiative was to promote the health care of the people of Kato to screen and register their NHIS to ensure the health of the people are in good shape.

She advised the residents to be mindful of their health since she was motivated to aid the people who were suffering from one kind of disease or the other unable to seek medication.





The former Assembly Man for Kato Electoral Area, Hon. Nicolas Kyere added that, the screening has helped a lot and believe it came at a time when most people were suffering and could not attend hospitals for medical treatment due to financial constraints.




He expressed his appreciation to the CEO of Joy Community Hospital on behalf of the people to come to the aid of the people of Kato.
