The inaugural ceremony was performed by Nana Kwame Ntow (Krontehene) on behalf of Nana Akrotwi Ababio Saniam to formally present the first batch of students to the school for teaching and learning.

Come to think of it, Chiraa Secondary School (CHASS) is 42 years today, let us join hands and salute Nananom of Chiraa at the time especially the 11 member committee chaired by Nana Frimpong Ababio (Adontenhene) who worked around the clock ensuring that everything was in place for the school to take off on Wednesday 29th September, 1982.

Though CHASS has chalked a lot of successes but the school cannot equally strive without your support and contribution towards its development hence the authorities are therefore calling for your assistance to make progress in the academic activities within the Sunyani West Municipality and Ghana as a whole.
