40 YEAR-OLD MAN BUTCHERED AT NSAWKAW SUSPECTS JUSTICE DELIVERY FAUL PLAY AT WENCHI COURT.

A 40 year-old man Nana Kwame who was allegedly attacked in his farm and butchered by two people at Nsawkaw in the Tain District of the Bono Region has been complaining about the way justice has been delivered on the arrested individual who has been granted bail without due diligence followed. 


The two suspected individuals, Kwasi Marie and Kwabena Duah were arrange before court on Thursday, 13th June, 2024 at the Wenchi Circuit Court and were granted bill and a fined of Ghc1,900 whiles the victim was not given a fair hearing.

The two accused persons though were charged and granted bail are now walking freely in the Nswakwa town but the butchered and injured victim is suffering with the pains without any recieving any kind of compensation from the accused persons but only to suffer the ordeal he is going through. 


The victim, Nana Kwame a.k.a Kwaemu is disagreeing to the court ruling but suspects a foul play by the court decision to grant the suspects bail and cancel the case without any fair hearing from his side and therefore has accused the Omanhene of Nsawkaw traditional area, Nana Okoyeaman Duodu Ampem II of having hand in the case.

The Nsoatre Traditional Council has condemns the uncouth behavour of some of the football fans that led to the untimely death of an ardent supporter of Kumasi Asante Football Club.  According to Nsuatre Traditional Council this  unfortunate behaviour happened on the stool land of Nsoatre which the council sees as unfortunate due to the cordial relationship between Nsoatreman and Asanteman which is dated back to 1740.
