The King of the Ashanti Kingdom in his 25th Silver Jubilee Celebrations on his reign on the golden stool on Sunday, 12th May, 2024, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II who has had the privilege to serve under 5 different Presidents in Ghana from both of the main political parties of the republic, National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the New Patriotic Party (NPP), which he collaborated with them to speak the truth to power and pay tribute to the presidents.





In his speech at the silver jubilee celebration, Otumfuo commended corporate Ghana for their welcome partnership in the quest for the development of our nation, in our attempt to hold government accountable for development, in reality if there is a corporate Ghana we can look for the real development we are looking for as a country.

He called on government to create an environment conducive for their success which he admonished that, the greatest challenge facing the country now is, government should redoubled their efforts to grow the economy through entrepreneurs.

He said, "government may come and go, but the nation remains", hence "a democratic nation must look into their entrepreneurs for development".


Otumfuo Osei Tutu II in his speech encouraged the entrepreneurs to "show their readiness to play their money at where their mouth is and invest more in the country of their birth" he said.


Among some dignitaries who paid homage to the 25th anniversary celebration included the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago Right Honourable Dr Keith Rowley Christopher and wife, President Nana Akufo-Addo, Vice President Dr Bawumia, Former President John Agyekum Kuffour, Ministers of State, Politicians, Chiefs, Clergymen, Imams, etc.

NSOATRE TRADITIONAL COUNCIL CONDEMNS THE VIOLENCE ACT THAT RESULTED THE DEATH OF KOTOKO SUPPORTER. The Nsoatre Traditional Council has condemns the uncouth behavour of some of the football fans that led to the untimely death of an ardent supporter of Kumasi Asante Football Club.  According to Nsuatre Traditional Council this  unfortunate behaviour happened on the stool land of Nsoatre which the council sees as unfortunate due to the cordial relationship between Nsoatreman and Asanteman which is dated back to 1740.
