Ghana Tourism Authority and Youth Employment Agency joined forces to create an employment initiative.
The Ghana Tourism Authority, led by the Chief Executive Mr Akwasi Agyeman, has on Thursday 1st February 2024 joined forces with the Youth Employment Agency to begin an amazing initiative.
As part of the Business and Employment Assistance Programme (BEAP), we're thrilled to announce a proposed partnership aiming to support 500+ hotels, guest houses, restaurants, and more within the hospitality space. This collaborative effort will provide salary support of GHS500 for approximately 1000 employees every month, offering a helping hand to businesses affected by the challenges of COVID-19.
We're proud to be part of this impactful venture, aligning with our commitment to assist companies and startups that have been significantly impacted by the pandemic. Together, we're making a difference in the lives of many and supporting the vital hospitality sector, which stands as the 4th largest contributor to Ghana's GDP. Let's continue to thrive and uplift one another!
