K&A Pig Farms is one of the animal farm establishments that has emerged at Butokrom in the Berekum West District of the Bono region.


The farm which is owned and operated by Mr Ernest Ohene Korang for the past 2 years is raising pigs and other farm animals to boost the socio-economic development in the Berekum West District.





Speaking to the CEO, Mr Ohene Korang said, the vision is to help reduce the unemployment situation in the country hence his plan to expand the business to employ more people to reduce the rate of unemployment in Ghana.


Mr. Korang who now lives in the USA is urging all his other colleagues abroad to emulate his example to support the country by way of opening businesses for others to get some work to do.


He said the farm is open to business and other trade partners especially those who are looking for pigs to buy in numbers.

NSOATRE TRADITIONAL COUNCIL CONDEMNS THE VIOLENCE ACT THAT RESULTED THE DEATH OF KOTOKO SUPPORTER. The Nsoatre Traditional Council has condemns the uncouth behavour of some of the football fans that led to the untimely death of an ardent supporter of Kumasi Asante Football Club.  According to Nsuatre Traditional Council this  unfortunate behaviour happened on the stool land of Nsoatre which the council sees as unfortunate due to the cordial relationship between Nsoatreman and Asanteman which is dated back to 1740.
