Awutu Senya East (Kasoa) NDC Donates to Orphanage Home as they are poised to Snatch the Parliamentary Seat.

Awutu Senya East (Kasoa) NDC Donates to Orphanage Home as they are poised to Snatch the Parliamentary Seat.

The Kasoa branch of the National Democratic Congress says it is poised to annexe the Awutu Senya East parliamentary seat and is working exactly towards that.

According to NDC Chairman Stephen Ofosu Agyare, the current Member of Parliament, Mavis Hawa Koomson has failed to bring development to the area and trusts electorates will reject her in the upcoming 2024 elections.

Since the creation of the Awutu Senya East Constituency, the New Patriotic Party has always won the parliamentary elections with Mavis Hawa Koomson as their candidate hence nothing to write home about.

However, the National Democratic Congress says it is ready to snatch the seat from the NPP in the 2024 elections.

Speaking in an interview on the sidelines of a donation to the Royal Seed orphanage, constituency chairman Stephen Ofosu Agyare said the party aside from engaging in a robust campaign ahead of the elections is also working hard to strengthen and unite its branches.

He says Mavis Hawa Koomson has failed to develop Kasoa even though she’s been an MP for three consecutive terms and served as a cabinet minister in government.
