A Number of a 23 Passengers Injured At Suhum – Accra - Kumasi Highway at New life.

A 23 passengers have sustained various degrees of injuries in a fatal accident on the Suhum stretch of the Accra-Kumasi Highway at New Life in the Eastern Region.


The accident involved a sprinter bus from Kumasi with registration number GS 5967-22.


According to reports, the speeding vehicle with passengers on board burst tyere, and in the process, the driver lost control of the steering wheel and crashed the vehicle into a bush.



The victims including the driver are receiving medical treatment at the Suhum Government Hospital.


Police and Fire service  officials arrived at the scene to rescue the victims to hospital.


Some of the eyewitnesses spoke to Alrich24newsgh.com news reporter Apelete Kofi-Michel describing how the accident happened.

NSOATRE TRADITIONAL COUNCIL CONDEMNS THE VIOLENCE ACT THAT RESULTED THE DEATH OF KOTOKO SUPPORTER. The Nsoatre Traditional Council has condemns the uncouth behavour of some of the football fans that led to the untimely death of an ardent supporter of Kumasi Asante Football Club.  According to Nsuatre Traditional Council this  unfortunate behaviour happened on the stool land of Nsoatre which the council sees as unfortunate due to the cordial relationship between Nsoatreman and Asanteman which is dated back to 1740. THE SKY TRAIN SAGA—WIld Goose Chase. The Sky Train project which received considerable media coverage during Nana Akufo-Addo’s regime has resurfaced.
