We are Suffering at Home-Unemployed Graduates With Disabilities Voice Out.

The unemployed graduates with disabilities have arranged to storm the Ministry of Gender, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Employment on Monday 22nd May 2023 to demand immediate employment from the government. 


According to the leader of the group, Mr Prosper Adeku, a graduate who completed tertiary  batches from 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 in the various tertiary institutions are still not employed alone with

2022 batch and therefore urge the government to come to their aid because they are suffering at home without any employment.


In an interview with Kojo Mframa, he added that people with disabilities have been neglected by the government in terms of employment creation in the country and revealed their worries against the government.


For this reason, all disability categories are joining hands to stop the canker of unemployment issues for PWDs and urge them to come together as one family to stand for their rights and join the picketing on Monday across the 16 regions.

Sunyani East, Kotokrom-New Dormaa Tarred Road Gets Second Seal. The ongoing construction of the major road of the New Dormaa-Kotokrom road in the Sunyani Municipality of the Bono Region which was recently primer sealed for the final seal started today Saturday 16th March. 2024 to complete the one-sided of the road. Government has intention of asphalting that high way in the near future. For the mean tine it is being tarred to prepare grounds for an asphalt overlay.
