Some irate residents of Berekum-Continental in the Berekum East Municipal of the Bono Region have burned into the ashes of a Toyota Camry after crushing some passengers to death who have bored a praygia and were travelling from Berekum main roundabout towards the Continental road direction.

The incident which happened today 21st May 2023 Sunday morning at about 10:00 am claimed the life of a 17 years-old young lady by the name of Gloria whiles other injured passengers who are in critical condition are receiving treatment at the Holy Family Hospital in Berekum.


The car gained the chance to also damaged some shops and containers along the roadside where the accident occurred including the structure of a Koko seller.


The police in Berekum have arrested the driver of the Toyota Camry and have begun an investigation into the situation.

NSOATRE TRADITIONAL COUNCIL CONDEMNS THE VIOLENCE ACT THAT RESULTED THE DEATH OF KOTOKO SUPPORTER. The Nsoatre Traditional Council has condemns the uncouth behavour of some of the football fans that led to the untimely death of an ardent supporter of Kumasi Asante Football Club.  According to Nsuatre Traditional Council this  unfortunate behaviour happened on the stool land of Nsoatre which the council sees as unfortunate due to the cordial relationship between Nsoatreman and Asanteman which is dated back to 1740.
