Suhum Mobile Boys to Men Association has supported Smartnat Consultancy and More to celebrate their one anniversary to organise a Free Health Screening for Suhum Market Women.

The Suhum Mobile Boys to Men Association in the Suhum Municipality of the Eastern Region joined hands with Smartnat Consultancy and More to organise a health screening exercise for Suhum Market Women.

The exercise was organized and initiated by Smart Nat Consultancy and More to help build better health status for the Market Women within Suhum Municipality benefitted from the exercise.

The exercise which was the first of its kind, saw market Women trooping to the shop centres with a recorded attendance of over many participants.

The beneficiaries were screened for various ailments including blood pressure and BP.

Some of the beneficiaries were given free advice at their market shops while others with severe conditions were also referred to other health facilities within the Municipality.

Speaking to Alrich24newsgh.com news reporter Apelete Kofi-Michel, Mr Richmond Quainor the CEO of Smart Nat Consultancy and More, said the exercise was based on their research conducted by the Smart Nat Consultancy and More which revealed rising cases of diabetes, malaria, and blood pressure and BP in the Municipality.

They brought this exercise to the mothers in Suhum Market because market Women don't get time to go for check-ups to see their health status but they only think about their businesses always so Suhum Mobile Boys to Men Association collaborated with Smart Nat Consultancy and More decided to bring health screening to them to help them know their health status.

The beneficiaries, who could not hide their joy over the exercise thanked the organizers for the kind gesture.

They appealed for more such programmes to help them improve their health.
