Addressing the press in the Dormaa East District capital of Wamfie in the Bono Region, Mr Charles Kumi Yeboah highlighted some of the areas they believe to have been sold to private individuals.

At the above-mentioned press conference the Wamfie Gyasehene, Nana Diamono Asamoa Kokoti Kumi was contacted to get an explanation about the allegations levelled against the traditional authorities but replied they have issues to settle with the aforementioned group and hence could not give any concrete explanation to the media but maybe afterwards we will hear from them.

The leader of Wamfie Elites for Development, Mr Rexford Hadda Oppong questioned the Member of Parliament and the DCE for the area why projects initiated by their predecessors have not been completed since they assumed office to date.

Hon. Emmanuel Kofi Agyeman, the DCE for Dormaa East District also responded that he has explained severally reasons why those projects haven't seen completion, but to deaf ears.

He, therefore, called on the group to restrain complaints and urge them to exercise patients since all the abounding projects will be completed on time.
