SUNYANI STAKEHOLDERS TOGETHER WITH THE TRADITIONAL COUNCIL, HOLD MEETING TO ANALYSE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT FOR SUNYANI.

Sunyaniman Stakeholders Association together with the Sunyani Traditional Council has met to discuss how to initiate and create sustainable development in Sunyani.


An official meeting which was a dinner meeting had the Paramount Queenmother Nana Akosua Dua-Asor Sika Brayie, Nana Konama Dampog-Sunyani Kyedomhemaa, Hon Justina Owusu Banahene, Sunyani Regional Minister, Hon Ansu Kumi, Sunyani East Municipal Chief Executive, Mr Antwi Boasiako, Bishop B.K Bossman and the entire members of the Sunyaniman stakeholders Association were present during the meeting.


The Paramount Queenmother of Sunyani Traditional Council, Nana Akosua Dua-Asor Sika Brayie presented health apparatus to the Municipal and Regional Hospital to aid them in their services of treating patients and people.

Mr Antwi Boasiako on behalf of the Sunyaniman Stakeholders Association also donated health equipment to support some hospitals in the municipality and expressed gratitude to some organizations for their support the gesture was highly phenomenal and appreciated.


Hon. Jastina Owusu Banahene-Sunyani Regional Minister in that regard said, the donation is made to help the entire health facilities in the municipality and another district across Sunyani and also expressed gratitude to some of the organizations that supported the initiative.

NSOATRE TRADITIONAL COUNCIL CONDEMNS THE VIOLENCE ACT THAT RESULTED THE DEATH OF KOTOKO SUPPORTER. The Nsoatre Traditional Council has condemns the uncouth behavour of some of the football fans that led to the untimely death of an ardent supporter of Kumasi Asante Football Club.  According to Nsuatre Traditional Council this  unfortunate behaviour happened on the stool land of Nsoatre which the council sees as unfortunate due to the cordial relationship between Nsoatreman and Asanteman which is dated back to 1740.
