Caring for Widow and the Needy is what the Bible Required from Us-Dormaa Ankobeahemaa.
The Ankobeahemaa for the Dormaa Traditional Council and also the Queen mother for Amaasu in the Dormaa East District of the Bono Region, Nana Yaa Korkor Sakyiwaa Ill has urged her people living in the diaspora to always come to their aid to support the traditional authorities to provide developmental projects and personal support for the communities they hail from since most of the communities are in the dire need of support.
The queen's mother made this passionate appeal when together with her people received Mr Michael Oppong, a businessman donating oil, tin tomatoes, canned fish and drinks to over 500 aged and widows in the community.
Mr Michael Oppong ahead of this donation has earlier fetes over 300 children at the Dormaa-Ahenkro sports stadium and gave every child a school bag and also refreshed over 800 Sunday School Kids within the Municipality.
Mr Michael Oppong who is based in Accra and a businessman who has been doing these donations for the past 8 years for Dormaa people, urged the aged and the widows to refrain from things that will keep them from stress if they will want to live longer and in doing that will help them to live for long.
