Stop Stocking Your Shops with Children’s School Fees- Headmistress Advised Parents.

The Headmistress of Pure Trinity International School, Mss. Anita Sakyebia Darkwah has called on all mothers to desist from the habit of stocking their shops and warehouses with their children’s school fees, given to them by their husbands.

Madam Anita made the call when the school was celebrating their graduation, speech and prize-giving day of the school.

Speaking with Alrich24newsgh.com news Reporter Apelete Kofi-Michel, she said the Mission of the Pure Trinity Prep School is to provide a positive, vibrant and inspiring environment where students are valued and encouraged to succeed in becoming lifelong learners.

Adding that the vision of the school is to impact knowledge and good moral values in a form of exercise to train the children academically and to promote the welfare of society by preparing each child to develop a positive attitude and becoming curious, reflective and critical in their thinking as a citizen.

"Our children have to know that good things don’t only come from the whites", Madam Anita addressing the Parents said, the school started operating with an enrollment of seven (7) students on the first day of opening, a boy and six (6) girls. During the 18 years of the school's establishment, we have had a series of students passing through the four corners of this building.

She added that they have had 5 batches of students successfully sitting for the basic education certificate examination and passed duly with a 100 per cent score and they are more than proud of them and as an institution, to have their students over the years admitted into schools such as Pope Johns, Koforidua Sec. Tech, Suhum Secondary Technical, Oda Senior High, S.D.A Secondary School, Oti Boateng SHS, Asamankese SHS, KIbi SHS, Islamic Girls SHS and Suhum Presec.

The Headmistress said, the parents, and I am referring to our mothers should redraw their priorities in favour of their future, by that, they should stop the unproductive habit of misappropriation of their children’s school fees by using it to stock their shops.

The Headmistress added that she want to use this opportunity to say a very big thank you to the parents who have trusted them with their wards in their care. They are immensely grateful for your trust. They had choices but they chose them. They can never forget their, parents, because not everyone stool and believed in a school new such as theirs. You parents looked beyond everything and they believe they never disappointed you.

The Suhum Branch Manager of Snapi Aba Susu Savings and Loans, Mrs Bright Antwi also speaking with Alrich24newsgh.com Reporter Apelete Kofi-Michel, advised the parents to provide their children with the needed materials in school, because these children are the future leaders of this country. Education they say is the key to success and therefore advised the students to take their education seriously, she said.
