Do Your Best To Reform Prisoners - Dormaa East Member of Parliament Admonished Prison Officers.
The Member of Parliament (MP) for Dormaa East Constituency in the Bono Region, Honourable Paul Apreku Twum-Barimah has encouraged prison officers to wholeheartedly do their best to reform people who have been incarcerated in their care.
He, therefore, expressed worry over the conditions of prisoners put behind bars in Ghana's prison centres.
The MP who serves on Parliament Poverty Reduction Strategy Committee made this known after he presented chairs and fans to the Sunyani Central Female Prisons.
He further added an amount of three thousand Ghana cedis (3,000.00) to the inmates to refresh themselves during this Christmas festivities.
