Comparing this crop of NDC leaders to that of NPP, we have a lot of work to do.

Nobody should underestimate the potency of the current executives of the NDC.very experienced politicians

1. Mr Johnson Asiedu Nketia as National Chairman, Former MP, Former Minister For Agriculture Former General Secretary for 17 years.

2. Fiifi Fiavi Kortey  4 years as propaganda Secretary, Former Deputy Minister of Finance very vocal.

3. Joseph Yamin Member of the NDC Communication Team for years, Regional Secretary for 4 years, a Former Ashanti Regional Deputy Minister, and Former Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports very vocal.

4. Shirley Ayittey as First Vice Chairperson. Former Minister, foand former National Officer.

5. Opare Addo, as Youth Organizer. Two times Parliamentary Candidate, Former Constituency Officer, Former D.C.E and two times National Youth Organizer.

6. Sofo Azorka as Vice Chairperson. Two times Regional Chairman, leader of Azorka Boys a Vigilante Group, very violent person.

7. Hannah Bissiw Member of NDC Communication Team, Former MP, and twice Parliamentary aspirant and two times National Women Organizer, very vocal person.

8. Sammy Gyamfi is the National Communication Officer and for him, everybody knows his capabilities.

At the same time, they have very good deputies. Is the NPP learning any useful lessons from this election? When a former MP, Minister or appointee from the NPP decides to contest in a party election, he or she would be verified and insulted left, right and centre instead of bringing such experienced individuals on board. The NDC tends to elect very experienced people to run their party compared with the NPP where it is difficult for former MPs and Appointees to run the party. Let us learn from the NDC how to elect a rich team to run the NPP
