The residents of Chiraa in the Sunyani West Municipal of the Bono Region are angry over the delay in the construction of Sunyani Chiraa road leading to vehicular traffic on that stretch. 

Speaking to Alrich24newsgh.com, some of the residents who are mainly market women who ply the road for their early business activities got stuck on some part of the due to the bad nature of the road from Sunyani to Chiraa.

On 26th October, 2022, traders and workers who were on the road fir their daily business activities fund it difficult to cross over to either side of the road either from Sunyani or Chiraa all because of the bad road that has been left unattended to for rehabilitation.

The highway which also links to Wenchi and Techiman has reached it's devastating state and it's about time the government and the Ghana Highways Authority should come in to intervene in the situation to help alivate the challenges faced the road users both drivers and passengers who usually use the road to and fro.

NSOATRE TRADITIONAL COUNCIL CONDEMNS THE VIOLENCE ACT THAT RESULTED THE DEATH OF KOTOKO SUPPORTER. The Nsoatre Traditional Council has condemns the uncouth behavour of some of the football fans that led to the untimely death of an ardent supporter of Kumasi Asante Football Club.  According to Nsuatre Traditional Council this  unfortunate behaviour happened on the stool land of Nsoatre which the council sees as unfortunate due to the cordial relationship between Nsoatreman and Asanteman which is dated back to 1740.
