Our Roads Are In A Deplorable State – MP Cries Out.

The Member of Parliament for Shai- Osudoku Constituency of the Greater Accra Region, Hon. Linda Obenewaa Ocloo has called on the government to come to their aid by fixing their bad roads for them.

According to her, the deplorable state of the roads is affecting their daily productivity in the area.

We need urgent support by the government to enable the communities to enjoy a better life, she added.



"I am calling on our Hon. District Chief Executive (DCE), Hon Fred Offei to come to our aid". Hon. Linda Ocloo said.

Speaking in an interview with Alrich24newsgh.com news Reporter Apelete Kofi-Michel, Hon. Linda Obenewaa Ocloo stated that, their priority is to support farmers and students to become eminent and prominent in the communities.

She urged the government to support her and the residents around Volivo, Akuse,  Asutsuare and other communities to construction their roads. She went for an inspection of the roads in her constituency after her constituency people and Akuse residents demonstrated against the government. 

She also pleaded with the Chiefs and the elders to sustain and keep decisions they have taken to help provide essential requirements to the communities.


She therefore accused the former DCE Hon. Daniel Akufo to stop sabotage her projects in the constituency. 

Hon. Linda Ocloo appeal to the citizens of Shai-Osudoku constituency to calm down of their anger of the nature of their deplorable state of their roads, she believes when NDC comes to power by 2025, NDC government will construct all the bad roads in Shai-Osudoku Constituency. She added.

25-Year-Old Young Man Electrocuted in Berekum . A suspected thief by the name Oboshie in his 25 years has been electrocuted at Berekum Nyamebekyere in the Berekum East Municipal of the Bono region . According to eye-witnesses, the suspected thief's lifeless body was found on the food vendor metal container as he attempted to steal from the container of the vendor who operates in a metal container.
