Speaking with some parents in the area with Alrich24newsgh.com news Reporter Apelete Kofi-Michel stated that, most of the teenage pregnancy cases recorded in the farming community of over 1500 people in the electoral area has been linked to Okada riders in the area.

According to the community members the Okada riders entice the young girls with Noodles and Spaghetti in the night.

They added that, several attempt have been made by parents to ensure the safety of their wards but all have fallen into deaf ears and the situation is getting out of hands.

They have since called on the authorities in the area for assistance to help curb the increase in the cases.

Meanwhile the Chief of the area, Barima Govina Kwakuvi (II) in an interview stated all efforts has been put in place to eliminate the situation but has proven futile and call for support to solve the situation in the area.
