Watch Video: NPP Bono Regional Elections Committee Chairman Holds Elections Contrary to EC Elections.

Watch Video of Committee Chairman

There is a breaking news emerging from the Sunyani Pastoral Center in the Bono Region where the NPP Regional Delegates Conference is currently ongoing today 28th May, 2022 which has been gathered by Alrich24newsgh.com has it that though the entire election for nine constituencies has been conducted by the Electoral Commission but the Elections Committee Chairman has decided to also allow three other constituencies to cast their votes whiles there is an injunction on them.

The EC has supervised at least nine constituency's delegates to cast their votes but has refused to allow the delegates from the three other constituencies, namely Dormaa Central, Jaman North and Sunyani East to vote because there is a court injunction on this three constituencies.

The situation has lead the EC to park their materials for the elections because they think the three other constituencies cannot vote hence the EC are to count for only the nine constituencies but on the other hand the Elections Committee Chairman is also holding its elections in addition to the what the electoral commission held.

So far there is going to be two different elections for the Bono NPP Regional Executive elections that is the one coming from the EC with nine constituencies and the one coming from the Election Committee with only three constituency.

On the whole the elections has been very peaceful and calm with tight security observing the proceedings.
