DROBOMAN NETWORK FOR DEVELOPMENT EMBARKED ON CLEAN UP EXERCISE AT ST MARY’S HOSPITAL  AND MIDWIFERY SCHOOL AHEAD OF EASTER FESTIVE SEASON.

A number of noble men and women by named Droboman Network for Development with the slogan "Yenpuntuo nti" in the Jaman South Municipal of the Bono region, has on Sunday 17th April, 2022 embarked on a clean up exercise to ensure that the sanitation conditions at the Drobo St. Mary's hospital and the nurses and midwifery training school are well kept and more enhanced.

 

They started by tidying/sweeping the premises, weeding, and cutting off some trees that may cause unforeseen havoc to the hospital and the school surroundings.


Speaking to Alrich24newsgh.com correspondent Odiahenkan Asuo Tano, Mr Johnson Adu Yeboah who doubles as the chairman of the Association and also the branch manager of Wamfie Rural Bank at Drobo branch said, they are doing it to prevent mosquitoes and also to make sure that the environment is very serene and conducive to suit the standard of a municipal hospital and nursing training school as well.


He therefore called on the people of Drobo to come together to promote the developmental process of the town.

25-Year-Old Young Man Electrocuted in Berekum . A suspected thief by the name Oboshie in his 25 years has been electrocuted at Berekum Nyamebekyere in the Berekum East Municipal of the Bono region . According to eye-witnesses, the suspected thief's lifeless body was found on the food vendor metal container as he attempted to steal from the container of the vendor who operates in a metal container. His death attracted a crowd of the Berekum people to the scene on the street of Nyamebekyere as everyone wants to catch a glimpse of the deceased over the incident of frequent robbery attacks and stealing in the Municipality.
