NPP Office in Berekum East Constituency Ransacked by Irate Party Supporters.

NPP OFFICE IN BEREKUM EAST RANSACKED BY IRATE SUPPORTERS BUT JOHN BOADU STEPS IN TO INTERVENE. 

The NPP office in the Berekum East  Constituency of the Bono Region has been ransacked by some irate party supporters over failure to access polling station forms.


An unidentified number of party supporters stormed the office today Monday 21st February, 2022, with an intention to acquire some of the polling station forms but since they were denied of the forms took the law into their hands to destroy the glass door and windows of the party office including the air conditioners at the office making it difficult for anybody to enter the office.

The National General Secretary of the party, Mr. Jonhn Boadu together with the Bono Regional party Executives has meet with the Berekum East party leadership to handle the situation to find an amicable solution in Sunyani. 


The party's leadership in Berekum East are yet to brief the media on the situation.

NSOATRE TRADITIONAL COUNCIL CONDEMNS THE VIOLENCE ACT THAT RESULTED THE DEATH OF KOTOKO SUPPORTER. The Nsoatre Traditional Council has condemns the uncouth behavour of some of the football fans that led to the untimely death of an ardent supporter of Kumasi Asante Football Club.  According to Nsuatre Traditional Council this  unfortunate behaviour happened on the stool land of Nsoatre which the council sees as unfortunate due to the cordial relationship between Nsoatreman and Asanteman which is dated back to 1740. Nsoatre Traditional Council expresses their heartfelt condolences to Otumfour,the family of the deceased ,the widow and the entire Kumasi Asante Kotoko football fraternity.  Nana Hinner Marfo Nsoatre Dabehene on behalf of the Traditional Council at a press conference in Sunyani stated that they  see football as a game that should unite families, villages, towns, cities and countries but what happened  is a disgrace to all football lovers. THE SKY TRAIN SAGA—WIld Goose Chase. The Sky Train project which received considerable media coverage during Nana Akufo-Addo’s regime has resurfaced. This time, a purported amount of 2million dollars assigned for the project cannot be traced( according to Ghana’s Attorney General and Minister for Justice).
