Kate Nana Yaa Agyare aka Nana Yaa Amponsah who is vying for the Bono Regional NPP 2nd Vice Chairperson,  attended her Secondary Education at Twene Amanfo SHS who hails from Chiraa in the Sunyani West Constituency of the Bono Region has boldly declared her intention to contest for the position. 


She is the CEO of 3 Companies and St. Mary's College of Health and started her life as trotro mate who has struggled a lot to support the NPP since 1997 when the party was in opposition at then. 


According to her  Nana Akufo-Addo free SHS education has been a policy that has transformed the Ghanaian youth which in some years ago some people couldn't get such an opportunity in the previous governments. 


Nana Addo free SHS is  a policy we all need to embrace it because it has benefited both the parents and their children from the policy which in turn can compete with their counterpart elsewhere in the world when it's to education therefore NPP government needs to be praised. 

In 1997, Nana Yaa Amponsah as a party patron together with her husband supported the party with printing of t-shirts, posters, billboards and other documentations to support the party at the time Mr Antwi Adjei was in charge at the National headquarters. 


According to her she was introduced to the party by some leadership in the Bono Ahafo Region as she was very supportive to the party to the region and National since 1997 till date. 


She was appointed as the National representative to the Bono Regional in the 2020 general election campaign team.


She explained that, because of her dedication herself for the party in the Bono Region, she has now intended to vye for the 2nd Chairperson and has declared her position to go for the 2nd Vice Chairperson in the Bono Region with the reason to full the party's agenda in maintaining power come 2024.


She added that she is coming in to support women and most girls with a transformation idea to lead the women's front to achieve a better life.


According to her, she cannot hide herself but will stand in for the party to work in way to serve all the woman in the Region as a pillar to gather the women for the party. 


Her contribution if elected will work towards breaking the 8 and to also retrieved back the 12 Constituency for the party and will work to promote most of the youth in the Bono Region when it's comes to youth empowerment. 


Nana Yaa Amponsah as part of her contribution to uplift the party in the region will never leave the grassroots alone if voted into power.
