Bechem Youth Associations Helds Clean-Up Exercise with Free Health Screening.

Bechem Youth Association together with Bechem Town Development Committee and Bechem Zonal Council has held s clean-up exercise and free health screening at Bechem in the Tano South Municipal of Ahafo region to improve sanitation and health situation amongst the people of Bechem ahead of this year's Christmas celebrations.


The Secretary of Bechem Town Development Committee, Mr, Kwabena Sarfo Kantanka alias PJ explained the motive behind the exercise to the media saying it was amid to bring the youth together out of which the association managed to organized clean-up and free health screening to enhance the sanitation and health sector in the Municipality as part of the social cooperate responsibility.

The Associations ceased the opportunity to donate to the Bechem govt hospital Children's ward to celebrate the Christmas with them.


The three group made the pledge and promise to continue every year to improve upon the unity among the youth to create the enabling environment for development.


The former Assemblyman for Atekyeam Electoral Area and leader of Bechem Youth Association, Hon, Osei Bonsu Isaac urged the youth to be careful in their immoral life in this year Christmas festivities as he advised them to be moderate of their dealings and celebrations.

EIGHT (8) CHIEFS OF BEREKUM TRADITIONAL AREA GAZETTED AS DIVISIONAL CHIEFS IN BEREKUM TRADITIONAL COUNCIL.
