I will give ₵1000 each to candidates who gets aggregate 6-9 at Nsawkaw R/C JHS 2021 BECE - Hon. Afful Benjamin.
The final year students of Roman Catholic Junior High School at Nsawkaw, in Tain District of the Bono Region has held its graduation ceremony for the 2021 BECE candidates who just completed the basic education.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Headteacher of the school, Mr. Sylvester Addo explained that, the school has increased in it's enrollment, academic performance and programs that are enhancing the progress of education since it's inception.
He then commended the teaching staff, parents and the local authorities for the support for the progress of the school.
In his address, Hon. Afful Manu Benjamin the special guest of honour to grace the event, a Business man, Proprietor of Stars of Africa Montessori Academy, Tutor at Presbyterian Senior High School and a Financier of Tain Constituency NPP congratulated the students for the wonderful feat achieved and urged them to grab the opportunities provided by the government's free senior high school program.
Hon. Afful noted that, the students with special talent can choose Technical and Vocational Education so that in the future they can create their own jobs in other not to become burden on the government and family.
"Don't let the voice of other opinions dwell out your own inner voices and avoid things that will reduce and make you trivial in the eyes of the citizens", he stressed.
Hon Afful finally promised and assured that from the R/C JHS any candidate who emerges aggregate (6 - 9) shall receive a cash prize of GH₵1000 from him.
Adding that, they should try as much they can to stay away from bad companies whiles they await for their results.
"Let me assure you, nothing can be achieved on silver platter, I urged all, never stop learning and you must take your studies serious to develop can do spirit in you while awaiting for your results", he expressed.
The Headmaster, Mr Sylvester, on behalf of PTA and the SMC of the school thanked Hon. Afful,for honoring their invitation with the assurance to offer cash prizes to the best performing candidates.
