EIGHT (8) CHIEFS OF BEREKUM TRADITIONAL AREA GAZETTED AS DIVISIONAL CHIEFS IN BEREKUM TRADITIONAL COUNCIL. A number of eight (8) Chiefs in the Berekum Traditional Area have performed their oaths of secrecy to be gazetted as the divisional chiefs of Berekum Traditional Council. The chiefs, numbering 8, got their titles as "Osaberima" to be added to their traditional and rulership names. A high court judge, Justice Baayeh, on the 6th day of November 2018, led the chiefs to sworn in the oaths of secrecy before a certificates of recognition was issued to the chiefs as a divisional chiefs. The gazetted 8 chiefs has been granted the opportunity and right to be part of any sittings of the traditional council and by so doing, all the 8 chiefs have been approved by the government of Ghana to be part of the judicial committee of the Berekum Traditional Council. The gazetted chiefs are Osaberima Kwabena Diawuo Owusu II, the Katohene and Werempehene of Berekum, Osaberima Yeboah Dart...

Most drs you see at the health facilities are PAs not drs
So the government should give them recognition
The Physician Assistants man most of our health centres in Ghana. Most of the work at the consulting rooms at the district hospitals is done by them. They need to be recognised.
ReplyDeleteInfact , PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS are doing best as primary care givers... THEIR effort should never be underestimated...PAs Need RECOGNITION NOW !!!!!
ReplyDeleteHow can we make progress as PAs when we are not United then I'm sorry, we will continue to wallow in this our slavery in Ghana health service. It's time for us to eschew this self seeking attitude and unit then the future is bright
