The death of assiduous Ghanaian sports journalist, Kwaku Adjei Richard of Service Radio has shocked many people.


Tributes have poured in after his sad demise became known to the public.


He was receiving treatment at a hospital in Wenchi, but he sadly died on Saturday, October 30, 2021.



 


Kwaku Adjei was hospitalized after he suffered an injury—following a car crash some days ago.


The renowned sports journalist was travelling with Baffour Soccer Academy when the accident occurred.


Newshuntermag.com has learnt the deceased was the Communications Director of the Sunyani-based soccer academy.


In a statement available to News Hunter Magazine, the management of Service Radio in Sunyani, the capital of the Bono Region, said they are traumatized.


According to them, Kwaku Adjei Richard’s death will leave an indelible scar in their hearts.

Sunyani East, Kotokrom-New Dormaa Tarred Road Gets Second Seal. The ongoing construction of the major road of the New Dormaa-Kotokrom road in the Sunyani Municipality of the Bono Region which was recently primer sealed for the final seal started today Saturday 16th March. 2024 to complete the one-sided of the road. Government has intention of asphalting that high way in the near future. For the mean tine it is being tarred to prepare grounds for an asphalt overlay.
