Nyinahin Police Arrests Suspected Fake Lawyer.

A 39 YEAR-OLD FAKE LAWYER GRABBED BY NYINAHIN POLICE.

Nyinahin District Magistrate has ordered the arrest of suspect one Kyei Baffour aged 39 years who claimed to be a lawyer and represented as a Counsel in a murder case before her; the Republic vrs. Selorm Agama at Nyinahin District Court.


According to the Presiding judge, her Lordship Vera Victoria Akonu per her checks at the Ghana Bar Association and General Legal Counsel shows that the suspect was not called to the Bar  Hitherto  Suspect who has numerous cases before the Court told the Magistrate that he was called to the Bar in 2015 and gave his license number as EAR 21053/21.


He was further interrogated and later arrested after admitting not being a lawyer even though he has some background knowledge in law he did in California in the USA. He explained that he got admission and passed the Ghana law school entrance examination but discontinue the program due to a personal reasons.


He has been detained for further investigations and he we'll be put before Nkawie Circuit court within the next days ahead.


The Police exhibits to wit includes wig, bib and gown were retained for evidential purposes.

The Nsoatre Traditional Council has condemns the uncouth behavour of some of the football fans that led to the untimely death of an ardent supporter of Kumasi Asante Football Club.  According to Nsuatre Traditional Council this  unfortunate behaviour happened on the stool land of Nsoatre which the council sees as unfortunate due to the cordial relationship between Nsoatreman and Asanteman which is dated back to 1740. THE SKY TRAIN SAGA—WIld Goose Chase. The Sky Train project which received considerable media coverage during Nana Akufo-Addo’s regime has resurfaced.
