BONO EAST V20 CONGRATULATES HON. DANIEL OWIREDU, MCE NOMINEE FOR NKORANZA SOUTH.

The Bono East Regional V20 Secretariat wishes to send our heartfelt Congratulations to you Hon. Daniel Owiredu on your nomination by the President of the Republic His Excellency President Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo as the MCE for Nkoranza South.


The news of your nomination didn't in anyway come to us as a surprise as you have showed so much dexterity in your work as the first ever Bono East Regional Youth Organizer of our great party. Your humility and hard work has been dully rewarded and it sends a strong signal to the rank and file of all the grassroot members whose aim is to reach such feet one day.


As Regional Youth Organizer where all volunteer groups in the Bono East Region were directly under your wing, we wish to congratulate you on your nomination to the high office as Municipal Chief Executive for Nkoranza South.

EIGHT (8) CHIEFS OF BEREKUM TRADITIONAL AREA GAZETTED AS DIVISIONAL CHIEFS IN BEREKUM TRADITIONAL COUNCIL. A number of eight (8) Chiefs in the Berekum Traditional Area have performed their oaths of secrecy to be gazetted as the divisional chiefs of Berekum Traditional Council. Berekum Katohemaa reinntroduces Traditional Akan Games for Children at Kato Community. The Queen Mother of Berekum-Kato who also doubles as the Wrempehemaa of Berekum Traditional Area, in the Berekum East Municipal of the Bono region, Nana Afia Siraah Ababio III has reintroduced a traditional games and plays at her community to rebuild the lost akan culture of our traditions to inculcate in the young children between the ages of 6 and 17 years in Berekum and its environs.  Vedio Play: Speaking to Nanahemaa at her palace, she said, she early founded Asuama Kyere Community Mobile Library Ghana (AKCOMLIB-GH) to inculcate the habit of reading among the school going children since 2011 within the Berekum East Municipality as well as the entire Brong Ahafo region respectively has yielded a lot of positive result among the children to motivate them to read a book a week.
