Kessben Media Moves to Accra as New Radio Station Opens today.

KESSBEN FM MOVES TO ACCRA AS NEW RADIO STATION LAUNCHES TODAY.

The CEO of Kessben Media, Mr. Stephen Boateng a.k.a Kwabena Kessie who owns Kessben 93.3 Fm, Kessben TV and Aseda TV in Kumasi has today 30th August, 2021 launched  another new radio station Kessben 92.9 Fm in Accra to complement the efforts of media industry in the country.


Mr. Kwabena Kessie together with other dignitaries commissioning the new station thanked God Almighty for His awesome kindness towards his business, thanked Ministers of God who supported them with prayers including his own brother Rev. Osei Bonsu aka Rev. OB among others for being behind him in including his wife Mrs. Philomena Appiah Boateng.


He continued to thank the workers of the organisation for their hard work to bring Kessben Media to this far and urged them to put much efforts with speed to take the lead ahead of others.


He promised that, much is yet to come and in no time the Kessben Media will work to change the landscape of the media industry to reach every corner of the country. He finally thanked his wife for everything to stand by him in what they are doing. 


Speaking at the launch, Rev George Jodan Robertson also ceased the opportunity to thanked God for the grace to expand the media organisation and believe that, the station will takeover Ghana soon. He advised the workers to keep supporting the vision of the CEO and his business and work from their heart to build upon the station's vision. 


He urged the workers to work hard and don't be complicent of their work ending by saying Ghanaians talk too much but lack execution.

 

Very Rev. George Afrifa in prayers committed the new station in the hands of God for the hand of God to rest upon the new radio station in Accra. 


Akosua Agyaponmaa who is part of the new station also thanked the CEO for the vision to establish a radio station in Accra and promised the workers will do their best to achieve the objectives of the organisation and thanked the CEO for the new development to maintain the pace to establish a new station in Accra. 

The most vibrant personalities that has make Kessben Media a force to reckon with in the media industry has been transferred from Kumasi to Accra to begin the new radio station which was commissioned today. 


The Programs Director and the Morning show Host, Omanhene Yaw Adu Boakye, the News Anchors, Akwuaku Kwarteg, Nyarko Abronoma Gyima,  Akosua Somoah, in charge of President Press Corps John Awuni, Yaw Boamah a.k.a Libya Borga, producer of morning show, Bright Antwi, Ali Baba Duncan Berli the host of Breaking News and it's Analyst, Festus Frimpong Gyebe a.k.a Nana Fripong Ziga including cameramen and others were present during the launch.

The facilities of the new station Kessben 92.9 Fm will comprises of Post Production Room, General Manger's Office, Master Control Room, Server Room, Main Studio, General Office where markers, online reporters and workers will work from. 


Some the dignitaries that graced the occasion was the Group CEO Mr. Sephen Boateng and wife Philomena Appiah Boateng a.k.a Maa Fosua, Very Rev. George Afrifa, Rev. George Jodan Robertson, Mr. Anikroh  and Akosua Agyaponmaa.

Today the first morning show that was hosted on Kessben 92.9 Fm by Omanhene Yaw Adu Boakye interviewed and hosted a host of dignitaries including Former Speaker of Parliament, Professor Mike Arron Oquah, Daughters of Glorious Jesus, Former Mayor of KMA, Hon. Kojo Bonsu amog others.

Prof Mike Oquah in his advised workers of the organisation to work as a team and urged them especially the producers to have time to research on all the issues and discussions that will be handle in the radio. 

He called on Ghanaians to love another and live as one people but one thing is lacking is that Ghanaians are not truthful. 

He asked every Ghanaian to be bold in the fight of corruption in the country.
