Private school's owners urged to upgrade infrastructures to meet Covid-19 standards.

PRIVATE SCHOOLS URGED TO EXPAND INFRASTRUCTURE TO MEET COVID-19 STANDARDS.


The Owner and Proprietor of Lincoln Preparatory and JHS at Adom New Town in the Berekum West District of the Bono Region has urged private school owners to upgrade infrastructure in their schools amidst of Covid-19. 


Mr. K. O. Kyeremeh made this statement after completing a 6-unit classroom block to enhance Covid-19 protocols to raise the standard of education in the district.  


According to him, it is about time management of schools practise social distancing in the classrooms and adhere to all the covid 19 protocols. In doing this will help to protect the school children from contracting the virus in schools. 


Mr. Kyeremeh added that his school has put in place e-learning and virtual classrooms block for the children to equip their studies amidst Covid-19.


The classroom block has tiled floors, marker boards to replaced chalkboard, flat screen TVs amongst others to improve the standard of education in the Berekum West District. 


He therefore urged his colleague Proprietors to emulate his example to transform their school's environment as they are ensuring Covid-19 protocols concerning education.


He finally thanked the PTA, management, old students and everyone for supporting Lincoln Preparatory and JHS in kind or in cash.

NSOATRE TRADITIONAL COUNCIL CONDEMNS THE VIOLENCE ACT THAT RESULTED THE DEATH OF KOTOKO SUPPORTER. The Nsoatre Traditional Council has condemns the uncouth behavour of some of the football fans that led to the untimely death of an ardent supporter of Kumasi Asante Football Club.  According to Nsuatre Traditional Council this  unfortunate behaviour happened on the stool land of Nsoatre which the council sees as unfortunate due to the cordial relationship between Nsoatreman and Asanteman which is dated back to 1740.
