Berekum Area Church of Pentecost Women's Ministry donates to World of Friends Orphanage Home.

BEREKUM AREA CHURCH OF PENTECOST WOMEN'S MINISTRY DONATES TO CHILDREN'S HOME.


The Berekum Area Church of Pentecost Women's Ministry has on 5th April, 2021- Easter Monday donated some asorted items to the World of Friends Children's Home in the Berekum West District.


The Area head, Apostle Samuel Berko together with his Wife Mama Joyce Berko and the women's Ministry led the delegation to the children's home. Items donated include milo, toiletries, drinks, rice, and other consumables with an undisclosed amount of money.


Speaking to the press, the Area Women's Ministry Leader, Mama Josephine explained that it is the command of God to every believer to share what ever they have with the less privileged hence their move is a respond to the call of God to support the children. Adding that other children's home in Drobo, Sampa, Dormaa Ahenkro and other places will not be left out in the next donation of this kind. 


The Caretaker of the  World of Friends Children's Home, Mama Serwaa Akoto also thanked the Church of Pentecost Women's Ministry in the Berekum Area for their kind donation to support the children in the home for their upkeep. 


She therefore asked for the blessings of God upon the members in the Women Ministry for what they have done for the children. 


The children also expressed their appreciation to the members of the Church of Pentecost Women's Ministry for coming to their aid.

NSOATRE TRADITIONAL COUNCIL CONDEMNS THE VIOLENCE ACT THAT RESULTED THE DEATH OF KOTOKO SUPPORTER. The Nsoatre Traditional Council has condemns the uncouth behavour of some of the football fans that led to the untimely death of an ardent supporter of Kumasi Asante Football Club.  According to Nsuatre Traditional Council this  unfortunate behaviour happened on the stool land of Nsoatre which the council sees as unfortunate due to the cordial relationship between Nsoatreman and Asanteman which is dated back to 1740.
