Concern Youth of Bono undertakes clean up exercise at Chiraa

CONCERN YOUTH OF BONO UNDERTAKES CLEAN UP EXERCISE AT CHIRAA

Members of Concern Youth of Bono on Saturday 1st August, 2020 embarked on a clean up exercise on the principal streets of Chiraa in the Sunyani West District of the Bono Region. 

Speaking to Alrich24newsgh.com after the exercise, the Chairman of the Association, Pobi Ernest expressed gratitude to the people of Chiraa especially those who joined the campaign to make the streets of Chiraa clean.
He explained that the clean up exercise was undertaken to ensure clean environment as part of the fight against Covid-19 and plasmodium parasite(malaria) this raining season. 

The Chairman urged the people to maintain good hygiene amidst this pandemic so that it's spread can be contained. 

Some of the participants also encouraged the association to keep up with this kind of campaigns to help maintain clean environment.
Bernard Boahen - Secretary and Kyeremateng Justice - Public Relations Officer were all involved  in the clean up exercise that attracted many people in Chiraa to the campaign. 

They therefore took the opportunity to visit some of the needy in society especially the aged at Chiraa and it's environs.

NSOATRE TRADITIONAL COUNCIL CONDEMNS THE VIOLENCE ACT THAT RESULTED THE DEATH OF KOTOKO SUPPORTER. The Nsoatre Traditional Council has condemns the uncouth behavour of some of the football fans that led to the untimely death of an ardent supporter of Kumasi Asante Football Club.  According to Nsuatre Traditional Council this  unfortunate behaviour happened on the stool land of Nsoatre which the council sees as unfortunate due to the cordial relationship between Nsoatreman and Asanteman which is dated back to 1740.
