BEREKUM KONTIHENE CALLS ON GHANAIANS TO REGISTER.
The chief of Senase in the Berekum East Municipal of the Bono Region who doubles as the Kontihene of Berekum Traditional Area, Nana Kwabena Asoma Agyemang Sabi II, has advised the people of Ghana to exercise their franchise in the ongoing voters registration.
Speaking to Alrich24newsgh.com after his registration at the deaf and dump registration center at Senase he said, registering to vote is every citizen's right so Ghanaians must massively move out and register to get their vote cards to vote.
He added that, the only power a citizen will have in democratic environment is to register so that whenever a decision is taking across the country in elections you can take part.
He called for peace to be prevail at all the registration centers in the country and no act of violence must be entertained.
The queen mother of Senase, Nana Adwoa Takyiwaa who also got the opportunity to register encouraged the people of Senase to register for their development whenever a decision is being taken during elections.
