Berekumman Citizens Association Donates Ghc 5000.00 to save the life of a 12 years old boy.

BEREKUMMAN CITIZENS ASSOCIATION DONATES GHC 5000.00 TO A CEREBRAL ABSCESS PATIENT.

Berekumman Citizens Association a non-profit organization in the Berekum Municipality of the Bono Region has donated an amount of Ghc 5000.00 to support a 12 years old boy to undergo surgery.
Abeiku Griffith was in need of Ghc 3,500.00 to undergo cerebral abscess surgery.

Presenting the money on behalf of the association, Chairman of the Berekum Chapter of the Association, Professor Daniel Obeng Ofori explained that, the association was formed to enhance the development of Berekum and that, helping those in need financially is also part of development.
He announced the Association's plans of creating a relief account to raise funds that will cater for the needy when necessary.

Mrs. Mary Yeboah, mother of the boy was grateful to the association for their timely intervention. "The association has helped us a lot. My son will be transferred to Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi for the surgery soon. God bless those who contributed to support Abeiku Griffith" she ended with emotions.

NSOATRE TRADITIONAL COUNCIL CONDEMNS THE VIOLENCE ACT THAT RESULTED THE DEATH OF KOTOKO SUPPORTER. The Nsoatre Traditional Council has condemns the uncouth behavour of some of the football fans that led to the untimely death of an ardent supporter of Kumasi Asante Football Club.  According to Nsuatre Traditional Council this  unfortunate behaviour happened on the stool land of Nsoatre which the council sees as unfortunate due to the cordial relationship between Nsoatreman and Asanteman which is dated back to 1740.
