Berekum West NDC Parliamentary Candidate Solidify Journalists over Covid 19 fight.

BEREKUM WEST NDC PARLIAMENTARY CANDIDATE SOLIDIFY JOURNALISTS.

The Parliamentary Candidate for Berekum West Constituency in the ticket of National Democratic Congress NDC, Hon. Dickson Kyere-Duah has expressed his heartfelt appreciation and solidarity to the journalists in Berekum of the Bono Region and Ghana as a whole for their courageous manner in executing their duties at the battlefield in the fight against Corona virus pandemic.

Speaking to Alrich24newsgh.com said as a journalist, "I fully appreciate and understand the risks and difficulties the media go through to serve their audiences in times of crisis like this. Indeed, at the time people are running for cover and avoiding contact with the public, you risk your lives on the front line to bring the right information to your listeners." He encouraged the media to keep the good work of informing and educating the public on all updates concerning the Covid 19 and advice them to avoid any close contacts in their respective duties of coverage of Corona virus pandemic.

He therefore took the opportunity to urge individuals, government agencies and private organizations to support the media to continue with the excellent education and discernmination of information in this time of crisis as we fight this deadly Corona virus.

Hon. Dickson Kyere-Duah in his unflinching support and encouragement to the media in Berekum, supplied them 20 bottles of 200 ml sanitizers to all the radio stations in Berekum.

He concluded by advising all citizens to comply with the President's restriction measures to limit the Corona virus spread in the country.
