ASPIRING ASHANTI REGIONAL CHAIRMAN OF GHANA GARAGES ASSOCIATION PLACE INJUNCTION ON REGIONAL ELECTIONS.
One of the aspiring chairmen of the Ashanti Regional Ghana National Association of Garages has placed an injunction on an upcoming elections of the association in the region.
Briefing the media, Mr. Robert Ayeteh who is currently the zone 31 chairman of the association and also the CEO of Ayerteh Alignment and Aircontion Service in Kumasi, has been disqualified from vying as a regional chairman.
According to him, he has being a zonal chairman for the past 5 years and qualifys to contest for the regional position as a chairman but he has been prevented by the outgoing executives.
He said, he don't see any reason for his disqualification hence his decision to placed an injunction on the elections yet to be conducted on October 9, 2019.
Mr. Ayeteh explained that, the claim they have put on him is that, he has campaign ahead of time as nomination forms were not out and he do not have the right to approach people on his intention to contest for the regional chairmanship position.
For this reason of his disqualification has necessitated his plans to take court action against the outgoing regional executives because they cannot disqualify him for no wrong doing since he deserves to contest for the post as a regional chairman.
