BEREKUM NSAPOR METHODIST CHURCH MISSION HOUSE FINANCIER CALLS ON BEREKUM AFFLUENTS TO SUPPORT THE YOUTH IN THE TOWN
AMERICAN BASED NATIVE OF BEREKUM BUILT A 4 BEDROOM MISSION HOUSE FOR METHODIST CHURCH GHANA, NSAPOR- BEREKUM.
A native of Berekum, based in America, Madam Georgina Yeboah popularly know as Monica Dompreh, has constructed and furnished a 4 bedroom mission house for Methodist Church Ghana at Nsapor in the Berekum West District of the Bono Region, Ghana.
Commissioning the Mission House on Sunday 18th August, 2019, the Bishop of Sunyani Dioceses of the Methodist Church Ghana, Very Rev. Bishop Daniel Kwasi Tanoh, thanked God for the Mission House and said it has been built at the time the church was struggling to house it's head pastors.
The officiating minister asked the divine blessings of God upon Madam Monica Dompreh's life and her family for financing the church mission house project.
The house was stuffed with Furnitures, Television, Fridge, and other equipments to make the house worth living for the occupants.
Madam Monica Dompreh who is also the National Women's Organiser of the U.S.A Chapter, for Berekumman Citizens Association has contributed immensely towards the develepomt of Berekum through the Association. She was by applauded and honoured by the Association by presenting to her a citation to encourage her to keep up with the good works for the people of Berekum.
The Chairman for the occasion, Mr. Derrick Obeng Mensah congratulated Madam Monica Dompreh for her contributions towards the Construction of the Mission House and urged her to keep up the spirit of giving back to the society.
He advised all the well-meaning citizens of Berekum to look back to the society and extend their benevolent hands to support the golden city in a diverse ways as much as they can.
On behalf of Madam Monica Dompreh, Mr Derrick Obeng Mensah handed over the keys of the Mission house to Very Rev. Bishop Daniel Kwasi Tanoh.
Madam Monica Dompreh, called on all the natives of Berekum to support the people of Berekum especially the youth in the town to identified their problems to help them overcome the common challenges faced them in the town.
The commissing ceremony was well attended by the congregation of the Nsapor Methodist Church Ghana, the Executives and Members of Berekumman Citizens Association, the Berekum chapter and the Chiefs and people of Nsapor.
