TEACHER DONATES MATHS SETS AND PENS TO BECE CANDIDATES AT KORASO NKANTANKA

ORIGINAL K.K. DONATES MATHEMATICAL SETS AND PENS TO KORASO BECE CANDIDATES.

A teacher and a businessman  at Koraso-Nkantanka in the Berekum West District of the Bono Region Mr. Amankona Diawuo Kingsford a.k.a Original K.K. has  presented Mathematical Sets and Pens to all the BECE candidates at Koraso-Nkantanka who are yet to write their examinations next week.

The 124 students who received the donations were from both the public and private schools in the town namely, Koraso-Nkantanka M/A JHS, L/A JHS, R/C JHS, Wisdom International JHS and Christ the King Academy JHS and others who attend JHS outside the town also had their share of the gifts.
He advised the BECE candidates to put in much effort to write the examination to become victorious.

He waa hooefu others would emulatebhis example to help the chikdren excel in their studies.

Original K.K emphasised on some of the challenges most of the BECE candidates go through especially in their various schools. He said he has personally witnessed at some schools that they lack teaching and learning materials including basic  things like graphs to  do their graph works.

 There are  many more which he said  does not auger well for their education.
He encouraged them to trust in the Lord and prepare well with their studies and  don't believe that the Maths Set and the Pens are what will bring them victory but that  the Lord is their victory.

He charged on others to emulate same to support education in the Berekum West District especially at Koraso-Nkantanka.

The candidates also receiving the items thanked Original K.K. for his kind donations since it has come at the right they are about to start their basic education examinations.
They promised to do their best to excel to bring glory to Koraso-Nkantanka and also that of Original K.K. who gave them the Maths Set and the Pens.

The Candidates also called for more support and appealed to individuals and Organizations to learn from what the man has done so that education would be embraced by the youth in the town.

The announcement of the demise of the Berekum Traditional leader was done today Friday 9th June 2023 by the chief spiritualist of Berekum Nana Komfo Kofi who was asked to take care of the health of the paramount chief but on his announcement, the paramount chief could not make it but joined his ancestors. Dasebre Dr Amankona Diawuo II was a doctor by profession and an active Church elder of the Church of Pentecost who serve the people of Berekum with calm and peaceful leadership who seek to maintain peace and unity after 17 years of chieftaincy dispute during his reign as the paramount chief of Berekum. A Student of Ghana National College from Sunyani-Chiraa Scores 8A's in 2023 WASSCE.  A Senior High Student of Ghana National College in Cape Coast, Owusu Peprah Priscilla who hails from Chiraa in the Sunyani West Municipality of the Bono Region has also scored 8A's in the West Africa Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).  Her effort and the results she obtained have brought great joy to her family and the people of Chiraa without hesitation wishing her congratulations on most of the social media platforms. She started her basic education at Solomon Bennet Memorial School in Sunyani from her infancy.  Priscilla's family and well-wishers are appealing to the government as a matter of urgency to help ensure the right course of study will be offer to her at her tertiary education level.
